The most obvious and bloodless way for him to be returned is if Netanyahu agreed to exchange prisoners. But the right thing to do would be for Hamas to release Kfir unconditionally -- and never to have kidnapped him in the first place. The appeal process you referred to for Administrative Detention is not honest or fair. It's a Kangaroo court. If the people in AD are truly threats to the state, they should be charged, tried and convicted in a civilian court. Holding them without charge indefinitely is hostage-taking. It's almost exclusively used on a racial-basis by Israel against Palestinians. There are 1200 such hostages in Israel: https://apnews.com/article/israel-detenti- on-jails-palestinians-west-bank-793a3b2a1ce8439d08756da8c63e5435 Regarding your question #3: Sorry, I don't know the names of any current Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails. Ahed Tamimi is one who comes to mind who was previously jailed. You can read about her here. But it's an undisputed fact that there are thousands of Palestinians in Israeli jails. And it's an undisputed fact that all of them were subject to military tribunals -- not civilian trials (like almost all Jews/Israelis are).
