Thank you very much for the June 6, 2024 email, and the attached April 3, 2024
letter from Denise Walker. The letter does not offer an opportunity to request
a hearing, but indicates unspecified complaints. On April 15, 2024 Ms. Golfand
replied to Ms. Walker. As of today Ms. Walker neither acknowledged the receipt,
nor replied.
 
To clarify the issue could you please forward me the Board's decision to impose
the $150 fine.
