So far I have not heard back from you concerning my June 7, 2024 request to have a copy of the Board's decision to impose the $150 fine (enclosed below for your convenience). It appears that heavy workload, or, perhaps, other responsibilities prevented you from responding. I repeat my 10 days old request for a copy of the Board's decision to impose the $150 fine. I would also very much appreciate having an invoice that specifies the alleged violations. Please provide the requested documents asap, so that the fine can be paid on time. To be on the safe side this request is also sent to the Board, and Thornhill Property Manager. Thank you, Jacob from: jk to: Kathy Quintanal , Jacob Kogan date: Jun 7, 2024, 7:09 PM subject: Re: Fine Charged to Account Hello Kathy, Thank you very much for the June 6, 2024 email, and the attached April 3, 2024 letter from Denise Walker. The letter does not offer an opportunity to request a hearing, but indicates unspecified complaints. On April 15, 2024 Ms. Golfand replied to Ms. Walker. As of today Ms. Walker neither acknowledged the receipt, nor replied. To clarify the issue could you please forward me the Board's decision to impose the $150 fine.
