Hello Kathy,

1. Thank you very much for the rapid response to my June 17, 2024
second request for information concerning the nature of the alleged 
violation. 

2. The board of directors may not impose a fine for violations of rules 
until a written demand to cease and desist from an alleged violation shall 
be provided to the alleged violator specifying the nature of the alleged 
violation (please see the MD Code, Real Property, Section 11B-111.10).

3. As per your own admission you are in violation of the MD Code. 

4. I respectfully request to terminate the code violation, and to remove
the fine until after the owner is notified of the nature of the alleged 
violation as required by law.
