Thank you for the rapid, albeit useless, response (enclosed below). I am surprised by your refusal to provide names of the Board members. While participating in meetings I attempt to know the names of people attending. It appears the corporate culture of Thornhill, your employer, is different. The names have been already provided to me by a Board member, your assistance in this regard is no longer needed. 2. You write the foul smell was detected, and the unit inspected on the date of your letter, December 28, 2023. As you know the bylaws require a reasonable prior notice of the entry to be provided to the Unit owner or tenant (please see Bylaws, Section 5.16. Right of access). Please provide a copy of the notice. 3. You request: "Please provide the Board with a copy of the lease (which must include provisions requiring the tenant observe all rules and regulations of the Board and all restrictions and conditions imposed by the the declaration, by-laws, rules and regulations.) Baltimore county rental registration and a copy of the unit inspection report, signature of tenant's acceptance and copy of the rules and regulations, as well as the declaration and by-laws. These documents are required to be given to the management company or you are in violation." Since providing relevant answers is not Ms. Waicker's strong side, my request goes also to the entire Board. The Thornhill Online Portal is the only document depositary available to unit owners. I am looking for documents requiring a unit owner to give by-laws (and all other documentation listed in the above Ms. Waicker's request) to the Board, and the management company. Please refer me to the portal available relevant document(s), along with title(s) and page numbers. Specific references, similar the the one I provide (please see 2 above), are appreciated. General ones, such as, "look it on the web", or "refer to shared governing documents on the portal" (the later requires to inspect more than 200 pages of text, demonstrates disregard for the requester's time, and, to a large degree, is useless) are not needed. 4. Bad smell may be caused by medical conditions, kidney and liver diseases are just examples of those. There is another conceivable reason for the unsupported foul smell accusation. My tenant, Ms. Saulsbury, is a black female. As you know George Floyd, a black unarmed man, was murdered during an arrest by white officer. I do not know whether the race of the complaining party plays a role in your "not required to share" attitude. I agree, you don't have to share. However, when you will take a stand in a court of law, and under oath have to answer a judge's question "Is the complaining neighbor MIROSLAVA VAZOVSKY?" you will have to answer "yes" or "no." Majority of Americans feel racial discrimination is a big problem that should have no place in our society. I sincerely hope your employer shares this feeling. Please correct me if I am wrong. 5. I would encourage you to seek a problem solution, and I am willing and ready to help as much as I can. If, on the other hand, your goal is to discriminate and harass, then do not count on my participation. I am looking forward to your business like reply, and I would appreciate it if you stop misspelling the unit owner name. The name is Golfand, NOT Golfend. With best regards, Jacob
