Articles of By-laws are numerated by Arabic numerals, not Roman ones! There is no Article X in By-laws. I can not read your mind, but assuming you mean Article 10 it is "RECORDS AND AUDITS"(a screenshot is attached for your convenience), The article, in particular, spells out the right of unit owners and mortgagees of the units to request an annual report of the receipts and expenditures of the Condominium. I would like to use this opportunity to request the report. To be able to conclude the discussion concerning rentals and response to your document request of January 9, 2024 I need to make sure the documents you refer to are indeed Rules and Regulations, Rules Related to Rental Units, page 17, and By-laws Article 10.
