Unfortunately, Councilman Jones is unable to intervene within issue between
property owner and property management companies. I have attached the link
from the Maryland Attorney General's website below where you can file a formal
complaint. You can also give them a call directly 410.576.6300 if you have
some questions. I also attached a copy of your rights as an owner from the
attorney general page for your review too. Please do not hesitate to contact our
