No, there is nothing in the governing documents that address this service. It was done in the past if the exterminator had extra time after servicing the regular locations. Due to the overwhelming amount of investment properties requesting service the exterminator was going to charge overtime. Since the infestation is occurring within the unit, it is the resident/owner's responsibility to have the property serviced not the Associations.
