Yes, she is on the February list as a courtesy, but unfortunately, that will not
be until 2/26.  It appears the unit needs to be treated immediately.  The
company should do an inspection of the unit to determine where the mice are
entering.  But again, this is an issue between you and your landlord. 
 
Please understand that Thornhill Properties works on behalf of the Board of
Directors and any issues you have with your landlord have nothing to do
with management or the Board. 
 
Extermination is not an amenity included in your landlord's monthly fee.
