This has completely gotten out of control. For the past two nights my mother has called me crying and so upset because she is completely terrified of mice. She is not comfortable in any room in her own unit, which she pays rent for on a monthly bases. This is completely unacceptable! Jacob as the unit owner it is your responsibility to ensure extermination services are provided. From the previous email communication you told me you felt as though it was needed by a professional. Denise according to the minutes of your last meeting the property management company was looking at new quotes for a new pest control company. My Mom also said that you told her in the beginning of Feb an exterminator would be on the property and you would have them check her unit, time permitting. Will that still take place? The issues seems that no one wants to resolve this issue because no one wants to fit the cost of this. Not you the owner (Jacob)or your company as the property manager (Denise). Mean while my Mom is the rent paying tenant caught in the middle living with mice. This has to be resolved as soon as possible! I have contacted several exterminators in the Baltimore area to come out on my own but because I am not the owner or property manager they will not come out to service her unit. However,if I do find a reputable company to come out and service her unit, I will deduct that cost for the exterminator from her February 2024 rent payment and file a rent escrow case with the District Court of Maryland until this mice problem is handled. Denise the property management company needs to provide some type of service for extermination. It is pointless to do 1 interior unit and not address the issue for the entire building. It is not enough to just do the bare minimum. Has the property management company acquired a new extermination company? If so who is it and what services are they going to be providing if any. The property management company has an equal amount of responsibility in this matter. I do not mind filing a third party complaint with the Maryland Homeowners Association, the Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and the BBB. Please put yourself in my Mother's shoes. She pays and deserves to live in a clean safe, habitatal place and does not deserve to be ignored about a constant mice problem. Please get in touch with my Mother to get this resolved Respectfully, Yolanda Cook 443-202-8455
