2. June 5, 2023 minutes Board decided that non-resident owners need to pay for services.
   • Will this disproportionnaly affect comunity of colour/low income comunity?
   • Discriminaton between owners? Owners paying same dues, having the same duties, and responsibilities should have same rights. Is it legal in Maryland?
   • Was the association attorney consulted? What was his/her legal advice? Copy request.
